Prices and Payments

All prices listed on the website include value-added tax (if applicable) at the prevailing rate and are correct at the time of entering information into the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notice (any changes will not apply to orders for which we have already sent you a shipping confirmation).

Payment can be made using any major credit or debit card, your PayPal account, or via instant bank transfer. The amount to be paid will be debited from your account before the goods are shipped or the service is provided.

In the unlikely event that the price displayed on the checkout page is incorrect, and we discover this before accepting your order in accordance with Clause 9, we are not obligated to sell you the goods at the displayed price. If you cancel your order but have already paid for the goods (and they have not yet been shipped), you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or fails to authorize payment to us for any reason, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.

If your credit or debit card payment fails for any reason, we reserve the right to retry the payment within 48 hours. If payment is still unsuccessful, we will inform you at least 48 hours before another attempt to process the payment by sending an email to the email address you provided. If you do not wish for us to retry the payment, you must cancel your order in advance.

Discount Codes

We allow you to use discount codes only in accordance with applicable terms. These terms may include provisions regarding your eligibility to use them or a maximum order value. Please familiarize yourself with these terms before placing an order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that do not comply with these terms, even if your credit/debit card has already been charged.
